Q: What can I donate?
A: We accept any children’s items as well as maternity and postpartum products. Any donations of toys, books, clothing, or accessories must be in new or gently used condition. Please, no clothing over size kids 16 unless it is true maternity.
Q: How do I redeem my store credit?
A: You can redeem your store credit on any items in our store. Exclusions may apply for vendor, featured art, and specialty items.
Q: Do I have to clean my donations?
A: Although we wash and disinfect all items prior to resale, we ask that you only bring in clean items that are gently loved. Any donations with excessive dirty or unsellable items will be charged a fee as a deduction from the final store credit amount.
Q: Do I have to organize or sort my donations?
A: It is helpful for us if you sort clothing from books and toys, however we know life gets hectic. Don’t worry, we will do the organizing during our evaluation as well. Please note that we will not accept donations in trash bags. No exceptions.
Q: Are there limits to what I can bring in?
A: To maintain overflow, we try to keep donations at a 20 item limit per appointment. If you have larger quantities, please make sure you call before you book an appointment so we can prepare for the inventory to come in.
Q: What donations are more valuable?
A: Anything new in box with original packaging will receive 30% or more of our resale value. Tags must be attached to qualify for new with tags credit. We really love bamboo, organic, vintage, and retro items!
Q: What can I NOT bring in?
A: We cannot accept USED car seats, food accessories (togo cups, bottles, pacifiers, pumps). Any items that are damaged or have missing parts will not receive store credit - disposal deduction may apply.
Q: Can I cash out my store credit?
A: At this time, there is NO cash value for store credit. You can combine your store credit deals with any of our ongoing sales and promotions to receive the biggest discount.
